View Full Version : AC3 Pre-purchase issues

I've pre-purchased AC3 at 11/09/2012 on your Uplay Store.
Everything went fine, my credit card was charged and I've received the email confirmation and proof of purchase.

But now that is time to play the game, I'm yet to recieve any kind of email regarding my game's info, or for it to appear on the My Games list in Uplay or anywhere else.
So I've opened a "ticket" at ubisoft support website regarding this issue, but I havent been contacted yet.
To make things worse, today I've recieved an email saying my order was canceled, which was something I definitly didnt do.
So now, I dont have my money and neither do I have the game I paid for, or any kind of support explaining what the hell is going on and how long is it gonna take to solve it.

So, this is another way of me asking for support and to have the game I paid for or my money back.
