I have the same issue, I also have a 200 series video card, wonder if that is the problem, been searching all night for a solution, no luck. I put 20+ different searches in google, nothing. I was hoping someone else was experiencing this, so I could find a fix, iinstead people seem to think its a joke. It ruins the game for me, (quite annoying to be honest). Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance.
Pc specs as follows:

*Windows 7 (Ultimate x64)
*MSI GT660R w/Logitech MX1100 Laser Mouse.
*CPU Intel Core i7-740QM
*VGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 285M/ 1GB DDR3
*LED Panel 16' HD (1366x768)
*RAM DDRIII 6GB (2GB*3) 1333MHz
*HDD 1TB (500GB*2 RAID 0) 7200RPM
*Intel PRO-Wireless N-6200

All updates for Windows, latest Directx, Nvidia Drivers etc...

Also, just tried the Latest Beta Driver from Nvidia, 310.61 (Release Nov. 20, 2012). = No Luck.

Hey guys! First, sorry for my english, im not from eua.

So, i was testing here and found something that worked for me. See, my resolution is 1920x1080, 60Hz. So I changed to 1680x1050 60Hz and then changed back to the original 1920x1080 60hz.

WhAfter this the hair was normal. Unfortunatelly every time i start the game i have to do this again, but is better than red/blue hair hahaha

Also, i played only for about 10min after this, so dont know if we have to keep doing this (hope not).

Hope that helps. Thats all folks...

Thanks, (RafaelDiego) I am going to try this now, (fingers crossed, will update when done).

Edit: Not working, still trouble-shooting, thanks

Well, try this:

Go to C:\Users\USER\Documents\Assassin's Creed III, edit Assassin3.ini and in the VSync=1, replace with VSync=0.

The other worked for me until the next cutscene hahaha This partially solves the problem. Sometimes the hair is still red/blue (mostly on the cutscenes) but in-game mostly normal

Disabling VSync should not effect dynamic lighting bug (Hair reflection from light source), but of course I will try, I have changed alot already in the .ini, why not give this ago, will report when Fixed!

Same problem here... Also have a 2xx series card, GTS 250.

I have tried everything listed here and tried to change in the .ini file the string GRAPHICS_DX11 to DX10 or DX9 (using "read only"). Nothing works.

(Sorry, for my english)

don't bother.they wont fix it because they don't care.we bought the game.they got their money.their purpose is solved.there are about 100 maybe 200 ppl that have this problem.they won't bother fixing it.

Or maybe it's nVidia driver issue. But as I can see only 2xx series have the problem, so nVidia also won't bother for older cards. I guy with 580 had this also but he told me patch 1.01 fixed it for him.

Surely Ubisoft won't just abandon us with this issue. What kind of developer would they be if they did?

REALLY ?? .............Ya think ? lol

This is why PC has always been a hassle for me with games - The games can't be made to run on every spec & variable combination set that the whole PC customer base has
There's always going to be something that has to be adjusted or tampered with in some way to allow stable play for many people.

This is what lead to the popularity of consoles in my opinion. 1 system - 1 set of specs & capabilities across the format.

Choosing a right hair color for yourself is important when you decide to change a hairstyle. So it is with the hair wig. Some people choose to wear hair wigs when they want a fresh hair style. And there are different hair colors of hair wigs for different people, such as European style wigs for white women and African American black wig (http://www.hairwigsall.com/categories/COLORS/Black-Wigs/) for black women.
