View Full Version : EMEA Ubishop Digital Deluxe orders without season pass Important update!!!

Guys, Official update time:

The following is for EMEA Ubishop customers, and those who ordered the Digital Deluxe ONLY!

Those of you who ordered the Digital Deluxe Version a while ago from the Ubishop - when it did not have the Season pass, Soundtrack or the new Benedict Arnold DLC - may have noticed that the current version for sale does contain the extra content, however at a higher price..

Many of you found this unfair, so Ubisoft has put in place a means to correct this for you:

In order to recive the updated versions content - you MUST directly contact Ubishop support as soon as possible to make sure you get access to the content.

Please contact Support with your order details and make it clear you wish to have the updated content including the Season Pass etc.


If you do not contact them - you will not get it - so PLEASE make sure you contact them.


Shop support are standing by to issue extra content codes to those of you who preordered the version without the season pass etc - for NO extra cost.


I know it does mean you taking a few minutes of your time to contact them directly, however it will ensure you get the same content as everyone else!

lol...i hope to have a time of release...I am eager to download and play the game. It is 2 a.m. here...i definitely should go to bed.

Depends where you live?

If it's in the EU - the game releases on the 22nd or 23rd, so you will get them on release day - however if your affected by the different content, you need to contact Ubishop and make sure you get the bonus content.


For NA - I expect they will send them out soon [I do not have any info on that, sorry]





This thread is for the topic in the first post only - content differences in the EMEA versions, if you have questions about release time etc, please use another ongoing thread.

I was first like "hey, I paid the full price and they get it all for less?". Then I realize this is for people which pre-ordered way back in time, so I believe it's fair they get it.
May I say about time UBI, finally some love for the players.

Indeed this is for early pre-orders.




I will have this mission?
As the update shows 4 missions - it's safe to assume you have the BA DLC - otherwise it would state 3 ;)

What is EMEA? I preordered from Ubishop US months ago. The link does not work it redirects me to ubishop...

Please need some answers........

EMEA = Europe, Middle East and Asia.

If you have not received an email saying you have been upgraded, you need to contact them, hence the links for Ubishop.



US customers are different, they already had the season pass, so please do not confuse this message as intended for you.

North American launch is from 10am (PST) - key emails will go out in batches, so please standby for them.


You can also check your online account at the Ubishop website.


So if you have a confirmed order, you should get details soon.

Ok i sent the ticket. How do i know if it will be upgraded...? When i preordered i remember i did in the US site but it seems i don't? because i haven't receive any mail.
I sent like 2 tickets before and none of them have been answered so IM WORRY ABOUT THIS ONE NOT BEING ANSWERED...

They should get back to you and let you know.

only the shop support can deal with the request, however it appears most people in the US have had an upgrade email - assuming you preordered when it did not contain the season pass.

Well as said in some EU countries people from support can't do anything with your order, before release date. But If ask me they still should do it now, and don't wait for release date, as that day could be more problems with give codes for season pass etc. for every people who write to them.

I got a reply from Ubi Support Netherlands reassuring me I would get the extra content. When release day arrives and if I still don't get the extra stuff, they said they would send me a code.

Maybe stupid question but what to do if support don't want to update your copy before release date ?

What will happen if on that day they will start to say that now its to late for do anything because i already get my copy etc ?

Thanks for the answer and one last question, Is it ok if I put the ticket under Order Question -> Modify Order or do i need to choose Order Problems or something else?

Order problems is maybe best, end of the day, any will get to the team.

Ok thanks but i just got the download link so i guess i was right about my order being from the USA. It has some PDFs about season pass, game key, 1 DLC and its key. Since I'm at work i won't be able to download it yet so ill wait till i get home. It seams season pass is already built in? hope so :)
