I'm on sequence 10 I'm pretty much pumping the brakes a little until I finish more of the side quest I got the game Tuesday when it was released.

The game Is HUGE. I'm going for 100% sync on my second playthrough and let me tell you there Is a TON! of stuff to do In this game.

Completed the story and most side missions. Got my total sync up to 94% and still need to do the New York Underground, Naval Side Missions (not the Kidd or Templar ones), and Club Challenges. I remember literally spending two days worth just working through side missions and collectables which I for some reason felt like doing all at once, so after Sequence 5, I sort of dropped off the main mission radar and reappeared two days later. I personally think it is quite a massive game considering it an AC game and really enjoyed Connor.

This is why I kind of forgive the bugs being that ACIII is probably the AC team's first attemp in the series to pull off a game with a Skyrim-esque feel. Not as huge as Skyrim, but **** big compared to most games out there.

It's times like these that i feel sorry for the people who rush to finish the story. Why rush a game like this, There's so much else to enjoy.

Before I turn the game on to play this morning & read the game stat to add it here, I'll say that I'm not doing all the stuff I could be doing, I'm trying to do more main mission stuff to at least be able to offer proper feedback. So whatever my game time is, it'll be a whole lot more when I play this game in full and do all the extra stuff.
This is a very long game if you're really playing it to it's capacity. :D

Yeah, they didn't lie about the fact that it's longer than AC2.

It really bothers me that i can't play all the homestead missions because of my glitched copy of the game...
It bothers me.
Started a new game yesterday because i want that outfit and i really like those missions.

I also have to say that the underground mason tunnels had some great potential to them but they feel rather boring and pointless.

Completed it 4 days ago because I had half a week left of no college... Started my second, slower playthrough last night.

Yeah, its a good sized game to say the least. My initial plan was to take my time (which I still kind of did). But as I got into the story more and more, I just wanted to see it to the end (i had to know what happened next). I still a good portion of side stuff, just to get a feel for what else was out there, but mainly stuck to the story and did some exploring. I still logged in probably about 20hrs. So, my first run-through was more to get the story in and learn about the game and how everything worked, my next play through will be my official slow paced venture, where I will attempt a nice pace and do as much as possible. :)

I haven't left Boston yet and am at just under 20 hours of playtime, I have been collecting trinkets, feathers and adding people to my homestead to craft. At this pace I would not be suprised if I am at 40+ hours or more when I finish the game.
