Would you try the real thing if you had the money? Hmmm, 1k is a bit steep but I wouldn't trade it away if I got it as a gift;-) How much do you think your FB sim time would help. I know that such and adventure is definately on my lifetime adventure list. I did a BMW performance driving clinic and I finished top of my class. Easily one of the funnest things I ever done.

I'm in no way associated with this or any other "air combat" adventure organization.

Without real life stick time, your FB experience would probably hurt. You will be reacting to real events with your simulated learned responses. If you don't know the difference, it could bite you. Hard.

Gulp i get to fly in a SF260 for FREE. they actually do a turbo prop version of it too.

If anyone is interested Carolyn Grace does an hour in her 2 seat Spitfire for about 1000.00 an Hour, but the waiting list i believe is about 2 years...................was the one on the TV show Spitfire Pilot recently, can dig up a phone number if needed.

Chuck believe it or not bar landing, flying in real life is easier cause unlike FB you can trim it to fly hands of straight and level http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
