View Full Version : Game activation / Banking Error Problems

I purchased a game the other day with a backup physical disk set and thought all was good. Download worked, backup disks came in the mail It was then I found out that my bank went into fraud alert mode and disallowed one of the purchases (since they were submitted separately in a very short time frame) and now my account is in a "temporarily banned mode" . I have contacted and recontacted support, updated with additional offers for information I might provide. I have nod had a single response to date.. Really at a loss here, and nobody to call. Very Frustrating. Anybody have a similar experience or a suggestion how to get a hold of these customer support folks directly? Posting a comment into a black hole has been less than satisfying . . . . .
