Sorry everyone that bought the Arctic Strike DLC for this game. I'm one of the people that bought this broken product back in June, and even though I fought (tooth and nail) and managed to get a refund, I still come back to this forum occasionally to see if Ubisoft has decided to right their wrongs - and it looks like they haven't. Four months, leaving paying customers in the dust wondering where they can go to get the help they deserve.

You should turn right around and contact Steam for a refund, because it shouldn't be legal for Ubisoft to sell this game, or it's DLC, in it's current state.

It is NOT legal, it is actually AGAINST the Law - please check statement by the Law "selling product that does not work or is significantly not as described is equal to FRAUD".

So, everyone - get a refund, you have every right on it.
