View Full Version : Milking Assassin's Creed....

After Assassin's Creed 2, three subsequent titles were released one after another every single year. If we continue along this trend, this series might just be another Call of Duty series where the producers and dev teams simply repackaged the series and add a few minor improvements and sell it out into the market. Since Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed have a huge fan base, people will buy these games regardless. Producers will probably look for other ways to generate more revenue by adding DLCs and content like "premium" or "elite" which in my opinion should be included into the game and is a complete rip off for the consumers.

Now, I'm a huge Assassin's Creed fan, I have played all the games and I realize that the dev teams are working towards a tight "2012" timeline in the story. Assassin's Creed 3 have been in development for over 2 years now so it should be a good game. However, I will say that I'm disappointing to the fact that Brotherhood and Revelations didn't offer too much excitement or any "shocking" revelations that should have been answered at the end of ACR simply because they didn't give enough time and effort to the game.

And please, I'm not trying to be negative and I'm still a huge fan but if by any chance I find out that after AC3 another major AC title is going to be released in 2013, it just tells me that they haven't done a lot of work to improve the game and is not worth the money.

Please tell me your thoughts and discuss... :D
