I have a MSFFB2 joystick and want to get a set of CH Rudder Pedals. Is there any reason why these would not work well together? Anything special I would have to do? The joystick is USB so I would assume I would need USB pedals as well. Thanks!!!

should work fine, you'll have to configure the HOTAS setup in the game.

I use both and it works flawlessly. I wanted tyo get a trottle... I was going to make one..then I was going to get a CH throttle.... then the X45 went on sale.. so I picked one up expecting to just ise the throttle and put the stick behind my desk.... Much to my delight I could use the throttle and the stick....AND my MSFFB with the pedals to boot. IMO this is the ultimate in simming setups as far as controllers go. Throw in TIR and you have IMMERSION!! The X45 stick I use as abutton bay.... I keep my flight controls on my MSFFB alonf with all my weps and some views... on the X45 throttle I have prop pitch and trim, normal, wide and zoom view.. and a whole bunch of other stuff. On the X45 stick I use the buttons for things like lights, gear, engine start, drop tanks... things i dont use often but its nice to have on a stick instead of having to remember the key on a keyboard. I got my X45 on sale for $49... but even at full retail $79 it is a great buy. If you can get a refurbed one here (http://store.yahoo.com/saitekusa/recprod.html) for $39 even better. I highly recommend the pedals... and if you have some extra cash... now or later... do yourself a favor... get an X45 if you plan to be doing this thing we do for any length of time.... you wont be sorry.
