Dear players,

We would like to thank you for your help and support in testing this Closed Beta with us and for visiting us at the Gamescom.
As you may know, we officially launched this Closed Beta on the first day of the Gamescom and we were delighted to welcome many of you on our stand over there in Cologne.

As a thank you gift we would like to give you 2 bonus Booster Packs!

To redeem them, all you need to do is:
Log into the game
Go to the shop window
Click on the "Redeem code" button (top right)
Type in "gamescom" and click OK

You should then find 2 additional packs in your card collection!

Strange, it seems there is no redeem code button on my screen.
It doesn't seem to show the entire game inside the screen.
Why is that?
The same thing happens when i click on the "?" button for a faq.

That's very weird Versago... The only thing I can think of that may help is to re-install the game on your computer.
You could also check with support in case they have an answer for you: http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/p/2070

I've reinstalled the game but it's still the same, still no redeem code button.
Can someone upload maybe a picture of where it's supposed to be and look like perhaps?
It could be a setting somewhere that's preventing me from seing it because the game screen is
not entirely fullscreen unfortunately so some elements are missing it seems.

I have same problem, but i change screen resolution from 1024x768 to 1280x1024, than i can click reedem code.

It's a bit strange that half the screen is missing if you don't have the resolution at 1280x1024.
This issue would be fixed if we could get a proper fullscreen.

Strange, I typed gamescom to the Redeem Code section and it displayed "error, it happens to any of us..." message. Could you tell me why?

I played for close beta for weeks, I typed the code, but the same error than the one up here. I'll be thankfull if you reply ^^

The code only worked during Closed Beta. It will no longer work now.
