Hey guys, as suspected the PC delay for ACIII on the PC has been confirmed.

This means that I will have a mission between October 31st and November 23rd.

To dodge spoilers.

So basically you don't want us to play those secret missions in the US, huh.

Hay at least we found out more than two weeks before release this time

edit : also its not long after my Birthday so I have an excuse to get the collectors edition:)

I am shocked, I tell you! SHOCKED!

Gonna be fun avoiding spoilers for almost a month. :(

The PC release date is less than a month after the console release, which is a marked improvement over the PC dates for Brotherhood and Revelations.

Wait, wasn't the delay only 2 weeks with Revelations? How is this an improvement?

With the expectancy of a mass development of DLC for ACIII, along with the Day 1 DLCs, I'll wait until they're all available in one bundle for a semi-low price.
I've lost any respect I've had for Ubisoft with all this split DLC and false advertisement. Don't trust the concept arts! :O:O:O.

Alex was right when he said in one interview that the PC version wouldn't receive special treatment, I can see what he meant with that now..

what's sad isn't even the fact that the game was delayed, I believe everyone was expecting that, but the fact that even after the leak of the release date they decided to left us in the dark instead of confirm the leaked date as the PC release date...

Unfortunately, the release date for the item(s) listed below was changed by the supplier, and we need to provide you with a new estimated delivery date based on the new release date:

"Assassin's Creed 3 (PC DVD)"
Estimated arrival date: November 26 2012 - November 28 2012

One of Amazon's aims is to provide a convenient and efficient service; in this case, we have fallen short. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Why the hell are THEY apologising?!

There is funny thing in this delay. They moved release date to 23rd november 2012, the skidrow group released leaked version of revelations on... 23rd november 2011!!!Wtf?!Ubisoft celebrates this leak or what?! Ha ha ha :-)

Oh well, guess i'll just have to tide myself over watching walkthroughs on youtube.

Regardless of this delay, i'll still have to wait another month (so I have to wait 2 months instead of one), since it's going to be on my xmas list. Now i just have to figure out when to get the digital deluxe edition. If i download it xmas eve, it'll be ready xmas day. :P

Update: according to Joystiq:

"Ubisoft has confirmed to Joystiq a November 20 launch date in the United States for Assassin's Creed 3 on PC."

So the UK (and the rest of EMEA, I'm assuming) is getting the game 3 days later than the US. I never want to hear US fans b****ing about how Europe always gets better treatment again.

So, a 3-day difference after ~20 days of already waiting makes up for not having the same content as European gamers?
Not trying to start an argument, but content > waiting.

u've got to be kidding me? Haven't they said in some interviews that it would be released for PC the same time as for consoles? This is such ********

Not trying to start an argument, but content > waiting.

I happen to disagree. I care more about the game than physical extras like statues and whatnot. The Digital Edition has all the in-game content I need and that edition is available to everyone equally.
