Very very nice.

I still think this looks easy though!

i sure like the sound of the Corsairs.. I wonder if it is legit or I was being fooled.

Very nice and I am especially pleased to hear new sounds. The Corsair actually sounds as it should now.sweet!

One thing though. The carrier seemed really still in the water. Is this because the ship was static and not moving forward or will the carriers not pitch and roll in the water??

I think it looks easy because they are doing it wrong. ( I think )

They are landing too fast. They do not have the right attitude they should be landing slower and beak high!

I think it will be easy because if they can do it 'wrong' ... surely it must be easy to do it 'right'

Still I can't wait to be proven wrong, maybe.

Well gee now I'm a teacher? No I don't think so but thanks for the compliment.

I am comparing the game to real footage, where the Corsairs come in MUCH slower. p1ngu666 has seen the video I am speaking about.

Still the game is in developement... I think it looks very easy.

Also no LSO?! None at all.

Sound is obviously dubbed ontop.

Excellent tho!

Great video to watch...gives a good feel for what they have done for the carrier landings! Looks like good fun!

My only guess is its looks too fast because the ship is static instead of cruising into the wind as it should for launch and recovery. The aircraft has to land 15-20kts faster since the boat is sitting still. Normally the ship will be cruising into the wind with about 20kts of headwind across the bow.

Oleg said he landed a TB3 on a carieer without damaging the aircraft or hitting the superstructure. Now which carieer he landed it on is still a mystery.

I've also seen footage of a C-130 landing on the USS Forrestal so don't rule something out simply because it seems improbable.

Ah here is is the videos of the C-130 landing and then taking off.
