For whoever that may be interested, EB Games in Canada have a release date of October 8th for PF. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

If that is indeed set in stone, this means that work on bomber/italian add-on for FB should resume sometime in September, as PF has to go gold mid-september at the latest to meet that release date. That is if that release date is "solid".... 2 weeks ? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Well, Oleg said that work on the Italian a/c and the Pe-2, etc would be set aside until September, as that is when PF will supposedly be done.

I would estimate a late November release for PF (if they stick to their absolute deadline of a preX-mas release), which would mean FB work will commence around October, and hopefully, the aircraft will be included around December, or January.

That would be my guess.

whit ye looking at, ya big jessie?!?!

Yep. I do have much faith in that release date given Maddox's prior track record with release dates. (note here that this is not a whine & that I prefer a good quality product than one release in hurry just to meet over-optimistic deadlines)

However, it gives us at least some perspective as to when the work on that bomber/italian/Murmask add-on for FB that was put aside last month will eventually resume http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif BTW, I would expect that patch/add-on not to be out until after the New year, but whether or not it's free or payware, it would definately make a great holiday present.

Oleg, please do not forget the forgotten F-4 & G-2 Messerschmitts at full 1.42 ATA, G-6/U2 field mod with MW50 and G-10, G-14 & K-4 ones with DB605ASC and/or DB605DC http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/11.gif

Agree on this

I was afraid the release of PF would be the end of FB+AEP support/addons, now the dev team and 3rd party dev have more time for a possible ETO addon (eastern front being my favorite TO)
