I can not run the game, when im trying to press the play button turns gray and nothing happens, tried to reinstall and check the cache-nothing

Same here. Ubisoft will send you an email saying they are working on the problem and you did not provide enough information. I have Windows 7 64 bit and you get an acknowledgment that it is Ghost Recon Future Soldier failing, but no info. See a black screen and you hear a clunk.

No, Ubi-Mush is correct when she suggests you contact Support. I'm sorry you didn't get a response. When did you contact them? Generally it takes 24-48 hours for them to reply, so if you contacted them yesterday or today, you might not hear back for another day or two.
