Hi,
I bought the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood from Flipkart.com on 29 April 2012. I installed the game only 3 days back. When I connected online and entered the CD-Key, There pops-up a message "Binding CD-Key to your account failed. Because the key is already in use".

This is my first installation of ACB. I have contacted CSS along with the screen shots of BIll of purchase of product but there is no response to my query since the last two days.
Complaint Ref# 120602-000275

Help ASAP, I want to play this game quickly as I have just 4days leave left in Casual Leave.
