as the title reads would we be able to have a naughty list. something ony the moderators can add to so we know a trouble maker coming etc.
same for hl?

If you create a thread of this type then all you are going do is create a competition amongst certain individual's to see who can get on it quickest / the most . Same goes with the Karma thing, some people will always get a jolly out of being the 'bad' boy on the block. Also this Karma system is open to abuse and some people will just vote neg karma simply because they can.

The ban hammer is still the most tried and trusted method, certainly for this kind of forum.
