Hahaha ! You can do the same text with the 109 : Earlier mark need 20 seconds at 450 kph to make a full circle while later marks needs 3 minutes.

Only in game.Reality was somewhat different.

BTW Kurfurst, there was one chart with K4 IIRC turning at ~6km, do you have it? There were lot of talk about that one here couple of years ago.

I think he want to mean that the BF-109 would not longer grow up in all aspects, like the E from the F.

in fact most pilot's that flow early models considerate them better then the late war ones. Erich Harttman altougth find the G-14 it's favorite model, but he only flew with G series if I'm not wrong.

both the Spitfire and the BF-109 became in fact heavier in the later models, altougth I considerate the Spitfire later models far more agile then the BF-109 ones in IL2.

but as I don't know nothing about military aviation, I can't just say "it is!".

would like to know the opinion from other members.

SOME designs age better than others, where they come from has no bearing on that...http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

As with all things, it depends on how the the design can cope with extra stress/weight . http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

The 109 would have been better with Elvis as the example........ As for Ronnie wood, he needs a good Ironing........ Perhaps its what you go like when you sleep with 19 year old Russian Girls........... right where do I sign up?

That's a good point, aged and definately not venerable but still scoring.

I'm sure Ron Wood is quite wrinkled too, but I think you meant Keith Richards?

ooops http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blush.gif

Same with Mick Jagger too....... give them a facelift and you would have so much left over skin you could build another Rolling Stone http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
