So who is this guy? He's seen for a few frames towards the end of the new ACR trailer, between flickering frames of Altair and Ezio.

It's a cgi rendering of him, a poorly done one though.

I've never been a fan of the beards. I was hoping he would shave it off before Brotherhood but I'm starting to just get used to it at this point.

I really hope this is just a horribly done CGI and not an indication of how Desmond will look...I swear this looks nothing like him &gt;_&lt;

It's the shadows on his face that makes him look kind of awkward. But it's definitely Desmond.

Well obviously it's Desmond, but the fact that the huge shadows cover his face and the short eyebrows make him look like an evil Mario, unibrow and all.

I think they are trying to go for more of a serious tone for Desmond. And most of that is shadow, if you look closely he only has a normal unshaved growing beard. As for the clothes, im thinking they've changed because he's in the blackroom, so everything is like switched.

Wow, haha honestly? This is a serious topic? It's obviously Desmond, in the animus.

His emotional state is shown in gameplay through his black sweater. He has a beard because he's basically in a coma in the animus.



That trailer wasn't the final graphic it was thrown together.

Ezios bracer wasn't even on right and the blade was floating on his sleeve frig.
