Will Revelation incorporate clues or solutions to puzzles using links to ages from any of the previous 4 Myst series releases? For example, could we potentially see a link to an age from Riven that would help solve a puzzle in Revelation? This could be sort of a bonus for those that have the entire Myst series.

Yea, probably so. I am really looking forward to this Myst sequel more than any of the others. Of course I loved the others, but this one really has me excited. I hope the creators and developers use some of the original ages in Myst as part of the gameplay.

Possibly, but it wouldnt be fair (or possibly even legal) to require you to play the other games to play this. Then its like an "expansion set" and must be labelled "Requires purchase of ...."

However, remember that Uru included D'ni numbers and then included a new subtle way of teaching them, which you didn't need to do if you've played Riven. That could work.
