At the very beginning of part 5, the narrator and one of the historians speak about Russians fighting on the nazi side (Russian Liberation Army (ROA) - short: Vlasov army), with a goal of liberating Russia from Stalin (with the help of the nazis). They claim their airforce was equipped also with Me-262s, and that the first Russian pilots to fly the jets in combat did so already in world war 2 on a Nazi side! I find this bit extremely interesting. All I could find on this matter is some internet sources claiming the ROA was indeed equipped with a single recconaisance Me-262. I find it quite odd that Germans would be supplying collaborating Russians with their top technology, which 1. should be kept secret, and 2. could be much more useful on the western front versus Allied heavy bombers.

Anyone knows anything more about the topic? Any sources to read more about this?

i never heard about "Vlasov" pilots flying 262s before, learn a new thing everyday

but the narrator was incorrect, not only the Germans and Russians flew the 262, but the Czechs did as well in the form of Avia S-92 and CS-92

IIRC the Czechs called them either "Turbines" or "Turbos"
