A colleague will be visiting Reading and San Francisco, California from the UK in a few days and has offered to bring back a CH Yoke / Pedal combo for me.
These cost half as much in the US as in the UK. I've seen them on the web for $250 or less and would like some advice on the best store to buy them from in San Francisco (or Reading). Also how much are they likely to cost in store as opposed to online?
I'd be grateful for any information from any 'locals'.
Thanks in advance.

Fry's Electronics is a good plance to get CH stuff in the Bay Area. Try outpost.com (http://outpost.com) for their prices. Outpost is their online store and the instore prices are usually close.

Yep, Frys is probably the best and there are a few around here. There are some in San Francisco, Sacramento, and probably in Redding or just south of Redding as well. They tend to have pretty good prices that are about as low as you will find, online may be cheaper. . but hten there is the shipping costs which will put you over teh cost of getting it at Fry's.
