You know, they can see your flaps and gears from ground as you pass by. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

No, I simply drop leaflets with the "Peep show" cost as I fly by http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Nothing at all to be ashamed of.

But at higher altitudes the F2A would get pretty cold in which case there could be "significant shrinkage". If anyone saw you then, THAT would be embarassing.

I like to let my flaps and gear hang down sometimes. Is that a problem?

It's actually a more comfortable way to fly in the hot and humid parts of the world. The rest of the squadron is a little embarrased, I think some are actually intimidated. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

It's more painful when you fly overhead and the gals comment how short your tailhook is...

What about the sun-heated seats... wouldnâ´t we be in danger of boiling or frying something????

Actually, its a little known fact that early pre-war versions of the Polikarpov I-16 also had this small window in the fuselage belly.

Apparently a squadron scramble was truly a sight to see, with the whole unit 'cranking' furiously as they cleared the boundary fence.

Dux, maybe you've discovered the origins of the ball turret?

Dux, you should be OK as long as your stay below 10,000ft. Without the proper equipment you could suffer from hypoxia and turtle syndrome at high alt. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

It really depends on the condition & paint job of the F2A .

I don't know about flying naked, tropics or not, but it's certainly a plane that begs for a kilt. Any chance of seeing a Highlander pilot skin from Elephant anytime soon?
