I really like ww1 stuff but nothing can get me back to the cfs environment after the il-2s series.
Although a heavily modified cfs3 has 'some' possibilities I am spoiled with the smoothness of the landscapes and everything in il-2 and thus cant return to that anymore.

my thoughts

That's about how I feel. Its as tempting an offer as I can imagine and it may be fun but I'm spoiled with AEP/PF. I will say tho as much as I enjoy PF I wish it was a WWI package instead.

If and when this is released, I'd be willing to install CFS3 again to try it out.

I wish we could have Oleg cloned. Then we could have as many games as we want.

I'd really be interested in trying this out. I've grown to like a lot of things about CFS3, and although IL2 is king, there is quite a bit to like about CFS3 if you spend enough time messing with it and since I don't think Oleg will be modelling the era of aerial knights fighting over the trenches anytime soon, this might be the only way to go.

After the disappointing demise of "Knights" last year, there is a huge gap in the sim market I'd say. Although I am very doubtful of any CFS product.

Knights over europe died??????? Their website is still up, although it hasn't been updated. I figured it just wasn't ready. Anybody got any current info and what's the source?
