Apparently JoeKickass is considered "vulgar and abusive language" in Skies of Valor.

I think to change hyperlobby names you just have to register a new callsign, the way you registered the first one.

Make sure to change your name in the pilot menu too.

na85 seems to be correct, see http://hyperfighter.sk/modules...&pa=showpage&pid=1#9 (http://hyperfighter.sk/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=1#9)

A word of advice on HL callsigns. There have been problems recently with people having their callsign 'cloned' by someone out to cause trouble. By substituting a zero for a letter 'o', a number one for a letter 'i' or lowercase 'L' and similar tricks, they register a callsign that looks like another. The idiot involved then posts abusive pager messages and generally causes trouble. Try to pick a callsign which will be hard to clone, so no numbers 0 or 1, or letters o, i, l, etc.

There may be other ways to clone HL callsigns too, but if anybody knows of them, please don't post them here, we don't want to make this any more widespread.

This has been happening for several years. The first I had heard of trouble being caused (several years ago) by a clone, was someone with the name Daichidoki, not Daichidoku, for those who were familiar with him on these forums. Needless to say, this caused many problems initially.

Make sure you uncheck the "remember name" box before you change your name.
