From the Squadron/Signal (http://www.squadron.com/ItemDetails.asp?item=SS5607) people. (Link is to the Squadron mail order site.)

And no, I didn't write it.

Thanks Raptor! Ordered and can't wait to turn the pages.

Long time no see (due to me) glad you are still around.

Hadn't played the game in awhile, and worked through a U-boat mission someone made over at Subsim. It has a huge number of ships and one lone Walther trying to whack everything. Technically, one is supposed to take out an Iowa and a Fleet Carrier, but I like to target only certain ships -- like just the battleships.

BTW, has there been a patch to fix the North Carolina class and German pocket battleships from instantly exploding on a single torpedo? It's very annoying playing these vessels when they are such an easy kill.

...agreed, friend. What is the point of winning all the time? Never got that part.

I'll take two orders. One for now. One to warm up later.

Two orders? The veal marsala? That's part of my siggy. Twas supposed to be a different color than the main body text. I'll fix it later (if I can).

Yah, old friend, your sig. Nothing gets me going like good food, or a good woman. Cheers and have a great weekend.

This looks like a great book. I've just acquired a number of specialized books centered around specific warships. I now have one on "Submarines Since 1919, Warships of the First World War, Destroyers, & Cruisers: An Illustrated History 1880-1980." The latter three authored by Antony Preston.
I don't know how I'm ever going to find the time to read them all but, I probably will end up adding this Iowa Class book to my library also.

I'll have a real library going by that time.http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
