Has anyone watched all the reactions from the guys in the command room? I've seen the guys manning the bow dive planes raise his fingure in a hush gesture when under silent run and I saw my CO wiped his forehead in "whew that was close!" kinda way during a hairy crash dive to evade an air patrol last night. Do they do anything else aside from the common shuffling? Just curious.

Not really. If you speed up time compression, you will see they move the same pattern over and over.

Yes they hunch up when getting hit too, and stagger about. Its quite cool if you have time to watch during an attack, you can see from their body language they are getting worried. But usually you are in a different part of the ship doing "important" things http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I think the CE gave me the finger last night when I ordered all ahead flank and then all back emergency 15 sec later. I was manuvering around a destroyer, and under a tanker and that sun of a ***** gave me the finger. Well maybe we'll just have to transfer him to the army. That is all.

The repeated cycle thing is more obvious in port; try focusing on the guy who keeps trying to start the motorcycle - it won't start, he walks a bit off, comes back, it won't go, he walks a bit off....
In fact, he's still at it when you get back from, say, Curacao... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/351.gif

Watch your WO under time compression, he's like a dog chasing his tail, looks crazy http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Btw, I like when the CE's holding on to the pipe in the command room when depth charges dropped at the sub . http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Imo, the animation of the watch on deck (aboard the u-boat) is the least repetitive of them all - it's cool to watch with the external camera.
