...In which case it would be the machine.

The evidence is overwhelming folks. To obtain aerial superiority over every opponent in the full real arena, thou must fly the mustang. The secret to success depends greatly the raising of the gear (g key) and the switching off of the landing light. (one should not attract unwanted attention to oneself, especially if one is flying a vastly superior plane((mustang)) because then you are the first one targeted because you are the primary threat.) Keeping these two things in mind, the plane tends to "fly itself."

If you take my words as false, look for me on hyperlobby dominating the skies with Sir.Robin. I fly as "LeetLittleJohn." We are both master marksmen. Back in Sherwood, Robin used to shoot apples off of my head with 50 calibers from 500 meters (Yes they are that accurate, keep at it folks and you may someday achieve our 1337ness) Much of this is thanks to oleg who personally fixed the spread of the fifty caliber sealing off the superiority the mustang already possessed.
Fly the mustang, Fly high, fly fast, and ye shall own.

Come fight my 'Biplane of Doom' (Trademark Pending) down among the rocks and weeds and we will see how your old nags perform. Fuuny, but the horses I fly against, usually end up eating grass.

Honestly, it was funny when Sir Robin came in once in a while.

Then it was pretty cool when he gave out some useful information.

But it's just @sshattery when there's another guy doing the same thing.

The funny part is they're only good at 30,000 feet according to Sir.Robin? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

Hmmm, so if no one goes up there, the Mustang pilots just fly around at 30K, picking their noses and have no opportunity for point-whoring?!?

Sounds kind of boring and pointless. Pun intended.

Moderators, tell us his regular nickname, so we can point and laugh.

I disagree. I do not think of myself as one who whines, but rather, one who gives praise for the 1337ness of the mustang. If only you flew it, you would know. This is my real name and you can find me on hyperlobby as "LeetLittleJohn."

Take 10 tracks and posts the links flying the mustang and total score in say 40 minutes.

We are all waiting.

au contaire

switching on the landing light is essential one must terrify the enemey with ones presence .. why else do stuka's have a siren

playing "Ride of the Valkyries" loudly as you charge into the fray however is unsuited to the P51however - because Wagner unhappily was actually German.

I know what many of you are thinking and you are incorrect. This is not Sir.Robin-1337, but rather, one of his merry men. Robin himself can confirm this. I am a simple man with simple desires. I desire only good company, good ale, and good planes (mostly the mustang). Ok only the mustang because it is the current dominator. Thats why I fly it: domination. I only wish the best for my fellow forum goers. I hope to share the secrets of the 1337 (fly the mustang) so that everyone may be merry.

My latest piece of advice is if you get in trouble, close the radiator (r key) and hit the deck. Try and head for the nearest friendly base. Most likely the flak present there will pummel your pursuers into a pulp. If you are lucky you may reverse your plane (pull hard on the sick TOWARD you) and get a few fifties into the smoking mess that was your pursuer before he explodes into the ground (most likely a 109). True masters like myself will still be able to hit a pursuer even after its wings have been shredded by flak which will then ensure points on the scoreboard, which is proof of your mastery. You will then land and recieve 100 points for very LITTLE effort. Please note that this is NOT kill stealing, as you were not stealing from your team, but rather, the efforts of AAA.

I really hope this helps and I hope you are all merry.

Hi

LittleJohn - doth thou knoweth where thine Lord and meister is? We lay under the moonlight last eve while he made some 'eeeeoooooowwwwww' winged demon frometh aboveth noises before having trouble getting it up. I even did more than showeth mine ankle and went all the way to giveth him a peeketh at my undercarriage but he was still limper than a limp object that hath been clarified as being limp by Bishop Limp of Limpeth.

Good day!

Yes, Mustang is one little monster plane, turning ability unmatched by late war fighters and fast.

I really liked pre-PF Mustang (2.04).. more than 3.0x.
