Trees don't move in the wind, or prop/jet wash in the game do they?

I didn't think so either.

So this is an interesting glitch.

They do not.

But, then, there are also no birds and you never end-up with bug splats all over your cockpit when flying low either.

You also don't have encounters with flying fish strikes over the Pacific, nor with jumping dolphins.

I was confused by what I found at your link....

So I havn't seen whatever it is...

So forgive me if I'm off the mark...

Trees DO sway in a pleasing but random manner, if you look at them using 'perfect' mode, and possibly using 'Forest=3' in the config.ini.

Very nice they are...

Trees do sway like that. I don't know when it was added, think it was with FB.

They do indeed. Although I haven't seen any Ents yet.

I have never noticed that before! That is fantastic!!!!! BUT if the trees sway in the wind why then when bullets hit the ground and you see the dust puffs they do not blow across the ground with the wind. They just stay right where the bullets hit and do not move with the wind at all.

This effect is also present with the mortar team from objects menu, the little guys seem to slightly tremble in the wind http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif , it's quite a nice invention!

They don't in my version.

Y'all are using some setting I am unaware of. How do I get those effects?

Same with water and reflections.

It's just eye candy. Looks neat, that's all.

What means eye candy? If the tanks I attack are just some yellow boxes, this is normal for you?

Thank you. I thought it was a water setting found in some obscure and arcane file buried deep in the PF archives within a deep and dark, dank dungeon guarded by mythical monstrosities of horrific and infinitive numbers ready to disembowel any who came near or even thought of ever setting it that way.

I don't run perfect mode and still see it. But I don't see it all the time http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

I've often wondered what performance saving I could get if they just stay still.
