Sorry if this question has been run into the ground, but I started with PF Standalone. I've done the patches for it, I think anyway. Do those give me FB and AEP automatically. If not, how do I get them?

No, you also need to buy FB and AEP as well m8 http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

This might help you:

You are better off with the complete DVD it takes you to 4.04m in a single install.

You can always flog off your existing FB on ebay or give it to a FS deprived friend.

They are NOT only available in Europe, but it can be difficult to find a copy of AEP no matter where you are.

Where can I get this from a US source? Amazon? I am not sure I understand the acronyms,FB=Forgotten battles, right? I have a stand-alone version of Pacific Fighters that I have updated to 4.04. Is there something that I can buy that has them all??? Without having to patch up a new install?? If I am buying online, how would I know the version number?Also,What is Battle of Britain, is that out yet??! Does it lay over PF?

FB= Forgotten Battles
AEP= Ace Expansion Pack
PF= Pacific Fighters
If you want to get them all your best bet is the Il-2 Complete Edition. This is a DVD, the others are all CD. The Complete Edition gives you a merged install (FB+AEP+PF) all patched to version 4.04m (the m stands for merged). Its a recent release so you shouldn't have much trouble getting it. Battle of Britain (BoB) is not out yet. When it comes out it will be a whole new game and will NOT lay over PF.

Wow thanks Skeet, I found it there also. I was starting to wonder why it's not more redily available. Why is it not listed at Ubi.com? Strange.

So I guess I'll try to add it to my other order. So check it out: first I was given PF Standalone... that's what got me started on this. THEN, I got the Ulimate Flight Collection because I wanted IL2 and LOMAC... strangely in a similar way, I could not locate the Gold Edition of LOMAC. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif I had a friend who wanted to try PF but already had LOMAC so he got the extra PF I now had. All good, worked out OK. So NOW I'll be getting the merged DVD and once again I'll be left with IL2 and PF Cd's that I don't need. ARRRGGGG. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

I tell ya, if this is some kind of marketing strategy to eek out more money... it's working quite nicely.
