Sitting out having dinner and hear a roar approaching.

Look up and see a Spitfire being escorted by a couple CF 18's...
I assume in practice for tomorrow's D-Day ceremonies here in the nation's capital.

I am guessing it was Michael Porter's Mark XlV. He is the local hi-tech quadjillionaire who started Cognos. He bought and restored Air Marshall Keith Park's personal Spitfire and has done several fly pasts over Ottawa in the past. He flies it personally. - lucky man.

Will see if I can get pics tomorrow.
