Pretty important to me, maybe for U too?
Wrote a post in ORR about the importance of variated and good trees in a landscape.

(For those of you ,like me, almost never go to ORR.)

Pretty much the last opportunity to have an opinion about it.
If it doesnt happen in this sim it might be re-thought for BoB.

cheers

I am glad that somebody has finally brought this up. I could not play this game with out detailed trees and other such landscape features. I always look at the leaves on the trees just prior to shooting at somebody so I can calculate how fast the wind is blowing.

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gifExcellent post... I agree with tree playing a part with the game.
I wish that the Palm Tree's didn't kill the frame rates so bad.
A lot of work must have been spent on programing these trees and they look so Mint on those Island Outposts.
I would rather have fewer better modeled trees than more poor programed trees in the landscape.

I find it a bit ironic that the only serious poster in a topic about trees was a woofiedog.

whats next? detailed fire hydrants? postal workers?

:O

As a FMB addict I too would very much love some more trees, especially bushes and some really tall ones, perhaps a few pines.

bolillo_loco... Woofiedog says that a detailed Fire Hydrant would be a Great idem for the Objects List. But being a Female... she would have a bit of a problem with it's use.
Mailman though... now that is a Fantistic idea! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

I have died once or twice flying low 0 - 5m and simply couldnt judge the height of the trees. It is bloody annoying , the trees only appear if you are above them, when you are lower or co altitude the sprites are not distinct enough. A feasible solution would be to have sprits orientated vertically at the forests boundries while keeping the existing horizontal sprites to depict the orest from above.

Comming from Norway I can only say wow! Those pines are really, really well done. The cliffs are good too, I'm fairly sure I can tell the rock is gneiss.

Friendly_flyer... The developer's of Knight's of the Sea are using Oleg's extra touch in the making of this PC Game. I'd have to say this will be a Killer Game once it is completed.
I give a Extra Hand to the Devoloper's and Programer's of this Game.
