Hi All,

yesterday, while flying a coop, my screen changed and the "waiting pilots list" came up as an overlay. I was trying to get the map so I thought it could have been something I typed.. whatever it was, I wasn't able to toggle back to a normal view while my plane keeped on flying (I could se it underneath).

Any idea regarding how it happened and how could I shift back to normal flying?

Thx!

E.

I've never seen that before. Don't think it's a bug in the game. I bet something was more likely wrong with your system. Overheated perhaps? Maybe a bad install? Corrupted patch?

See if this a common occurance or just a one time glitch.

I have never seen it before.
I would have just re-booted. I sometimes get FB load go a bit wobbley & have to re-start the game.
I had FB go t*ts up a few minutes bofore take off in an online event.Talk about panic. Rebooted got TS setup & on right channel. Go to start engine & find that my throttle & stick have not registered. Now I was starting to sweat, thinking of those two Squadrons of bombers & two squadrons of fighters circleing around the airfield all waiting on me. Another re-boot & i'm in cockpit & everone is still on the field. The take off time was delayed & not because of me.Pheew! Not a good start to my next two hours of formation flying & ground attacks.
All went well until the end of the event when I fluffed my first undamged landing in two years.
Gutted!
Must say that the event was the best fun I have ever had with my clothes on. Just might fly naked at the next one http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

Nope, I had the Radiator full open at the time http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

..anyway it has been a one time event right now, of course during an online tornament coop..

That kind of bugs are not unusual in online playing. Never experienced it in coop (flew only few of them), but sometimes I got locked up in dogfight server (I can't bring console on etc.).

Also, sometimes my hat switch also get $crewed up, and if I try to look around it moves just a little bit.. -- joystick is in perfect condition.

But this particular bug, I have never seen.

I get it all the time...I think just tapping ESC and the chat key a few times works. I've always managed to clear it.
