Don't know the answers, but that was a good good question about the hat. Would the reflectors/dots work attatched to my headphones - does anyone know?

I hate to wear a hat indoors, it's not civilised!

You could go to the fedex website and see what their policy is, but my experience WAS that you had to sign for your parcel. But I think they have relaxed that a bit. If you are worried, I pretty sure you can arrange to have your parcel held at the nearest facility.

And, what a good buy you made. Be patient on getting used to it, and it'd be a good idea to have a CENTER button on your joystick/hotas when you start.

Also, I have several reflectors stuck all over my headphone microphone piece. Works great.

If you're not at home and they come calling, they leave a note - a door hanger.

Read the instructions and sign where you need to and if they come by the next day and everything is in order they will leave it on your doorstep.

But cmon dude. Ditch school/work, wait for the truck, and get it up and running ASAP !

if your lucky they will only drop it, and not kick it around.

one dot on the forhead will do, makes you look funny though.

don't need a special hat.

I ordered mine from magnum-pc.com. They shipped it FEDEX. It was delivered on a Saturday. I wasn't home, and they left it on the front porch.

And yes, the clip will fit on any baseball-style hat.

The dots are ok for a while, but the hat is better, due to larger IR reflector http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

btw. using TIR3pro (with hat) http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Wouldn't you have to recentre alot? I use the clip, and can do a beer run without viewpoint shifting...

No not a lot of recentering.
(Or am I doing that so often, I don't realise I'm pressing that centre button? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif )

If you're sure their coming today and you'll not be there, you can leave a note for the Fedex guy on your door instructing him to leave the parcel.

I do it all the time when I order pr0n. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/metal.gif
