I would be very interested to know what Flight info source Luthier and his crowd will be using for determining the FM in this sim.

The best source I have come across (for US aircraft at least) is that contained in the book "America's Hundred-Thousand". Basically drawn from NACA reports and the various Fighter Conference meets of '44 and '45, it's covers all aspects of the flight envelope from ground handling to service ceiling for both USAAF and USN aircraft.

Using measurable facts, clear graphs and pilots opinions this book is a GEM. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Shame nothing so comprehensive exists for Japanese aircraft. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
