This has been present since day one. Can we please have it fixed in our final patch? None of the other aircraft suffer from it, and it is a large disadvantage in internals only servers like Warclouds.

Note the picture with the sun showing through the mirror. The sun is not behind the ship reflecting off of the mirror, the sun is in front of the ship shining through the mirror, a physical impossibility. You can test it out in the game in thirty seconds and see for yourself beyond all shadow of a doubt.

This has actually happened with other planes, like the B-239 control panel. They were all fixed, AFAIK.

Yes, but this bug has been around for a very long time. I'm sure it's been pointed out before. Well, I sent Oleg Maddox a message. I guess I'll have to sit tight and we'll see.

Also happened with the Beaufighter - I am not sure if it is now fixed with that.

Quick question, AT - does it happen just with OpenGL, or with DirectX too? Might be useful information to send to Oleg, as it might be related to the way OpenGL and DirectX code is programmed or even the interaction of these with drivers.

I'm not sure; I'll do a test tonight.

Does anyone not have this problem? Or is everyone seeing what I'm seeing?

Other aircraft suffer from this.

Which aircraft, and where does the sun shine through?

With the Beaufighter it was the rear fuselage, and I think possibly also the instruments.

Last I noticed was the Betty. Shines through the rear cabin wall, if I recall.

Haven't had opportunity to check as yet.

Send the info to the bug report email.

The B-25, He-111 and Me110 all had this problem in different areas and all were corrected when I sent in the info.
