Only reason I haven't bought this one yet is that no-one has posted whether it looks OK on a 19" LCD which has a native resolution of 1280x1024 and games generally do not look great on these at a lower resolution.

So can anyone playing it on a 19" LCD let me know how the graphics look ?

Cheers

I'm not sure if this is worthwhile to you, but I'm using a 17" LCD, native 1280x1024, and it looks astonishingly good. I was expecting to have to "put up with it", and it's not even remotely close to that. I'd *like* a higher rez, but frankly it just isn't something I think about when I'm playing. It's very good. I don't know if that'd translate to your additional 2", but I would be very surprised if it doesn't.

I'm also running it on a 17" LCD, native 1280x1024, and it looks perfect - definitely no blurring that I can see, except perhaps when you're looking at very small numbers indeed (on the gauges), but I doubt whether they would appear in focus even on a non-LCD monitor. There doesn't seem to be any distortion either (i.e. it's not stretching out the vertical resolution at all). The only issue I have with the game is that I can't do any anti-aliasing because my graphics card is too old.

Yep Im with Hfael&Beeryus.
I have as well a 17 in. lcd @ 1024x1280 and it as stunning to say the least.
I was kinda worried but I was prepared to wade thru high water and hard biscuits to do whatever if it wasn't pleasing.
It didn't come to that! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I have 19" Rosewell LCD w/ native at 1280x1024. Screen looks great to me. Screens are clean and clear w/ no fuzz or distortion. Running it off a 6600GT.

...and the same here as well, 17" DELL LCD native 1280x1024 and it looks very, very good indeed.

Slightly worries me though - if I'm not noticing any distortion do I need new eyeballs?

Looks good. Looks better than I can show with a still image camera. And my camera is 3 mega pixel.

I have a 17 and it looks great however on my 21 it's begging for a higher resolution (still much better than I thought it'd be).

I cranked up the AA and sharpness and that helped a lot.

Wow - great response from everyone - thanks to all. Have ordered it from Play.com (cheers for the price hint Madsarmy! )
