Just a note to save eveyrone else, that uses a shipping company, or buys computer parts froma stroes tha tuses DHL shipping, don't ! Do not every ver ever use it, don't order anything only from any stores that use DHL Shipping! They are clueless, lost, inconsiderate, they lose packages, they do not update your tracking information in a tinely manne r, if at all! They are NinComPoops!!!

They ahve no repsect for their customers. Check before you place an order! What shipping company wil be used. if it is DHL ( www.dhl.com (http://www.dhl.com) )Run like a MOFO, kill your broswer and shop elsewhere!

I work for UPS and i have to use FED-EX for my new putter. I would like to think usp is the best shipping.

Hi there, I recently bought a new guitar from the USA and had it shipped to the UK. USPS were great, updates frequently through the tracking and they had it on its way quickly. Parcelforce (UK)on the other hand were dreadfull. They lost it for a week, and for another week it sat in a sorting office doing nothing. On the plus side, my guitar got here in one piece and with the nice US price tag! UK is a rip off for that kind of thing!

The last part I had delivered came UPS. I of course checked the tracking every few hours (impatient I am). It was sure to be to me on Thursday as it made it all but 10 miles on Wednesday. Well I waited all day Thursday and had given up, it was 6:30pm. At 7:30pm a UPS man showed up at the door dripping with sweat only saying thank you as he did a pivot without stopping to get back to his truck. UPS everytime for me!

In my home country DHL is nicknamed "the turtle", I leave it to you to figure out why http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gifI work for DHL Customer Service, I kid you not. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
(I have only one customer, a major player in consumer electronics, the service I provide is getting their stuff to the right place at the right time. Few complaints thusfar, the ones I had were mainly about the deliveries I let UPS and TNT handle for us. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif )
(I am rather offended by the way, I take pride in my work, I don't consider myself clueless, lost or let alone inconsiderate, quite the contrary.)
