There wouldn't need to be I think, since you get to talk to Subject 16 in person, so to speak.

It seems the Desmond parts will be... puzzling enough, basically like platforming through glyph puzzles.
Also, I guess it was kinda obvious from the beginning, but never stated outright until now; Desmond will wake up during the course of Revelations.
