What a fantastic game IL2 is, with it's detail and historical accuaracy. Please, please, please could you add the classic British Bomber series, with classics like the Handley Page Hamnpden, the Halifax Bomber, the Short Stirling and of course the cream of all bombers the Avro Lancaster. I see that work is continuing with the addition of the Wellington Bomber. Thanks very much.

That isn't going to happen. There may be one more patch for this Sim but it is very unlikely to contain any new aircraft.

All efforts are being directed to the Storm of War: Battle of Britain game.

There are a few bombers being developed for SOW:BOB. Expect to see the early war commonwealth out in force...

You'd have more fun in a Whirlwind. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Please include the Halifax!

As a serving member in what was once a RAAF Halifax Squadron I can't tell you how much I'd like to see them in SOW:BOB!

For too long many great Squadrons have languished in the shadow of the Lancaster, just do a giggle search for Lancaster Art and you will find thousands of them but how many Halifax and Wellington or Stirling??? Precious few...sadly. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
