Could someone explain the range dial on the TDC ? - the others seem pretty obvious, but this one is causing a little bit of a headache when I want to manually input the values.

It looks like a logarhythmic scale (ie jumps from 10s to 100s to 1000s) but I'm not sure what it starts at ! - is it 300ms going up in 100s to start with ???

Thanks

It goes from 300m to 10,000m. There is a gap between the two, it doesn't "overlap on itself"

Look for the jump when you spin it round and round. It'll jump across this gap.

Thanks - I get it now !

(and, I realise the manual helps a little)
