I saw it yesterday evening in TV. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

It's first submarine repaired in Gryfia shipyard in Szczecin since 1945
(here was situated Krigsmarine u-boot' repair shipyard - partly destroyed by ally air-attacks and later on all machines in parts delivered by Russians to Soviet Union).
U-194 was built as Whiskey-Class submarine in Soviet Union (1956-57).
She sailed to Szczecin from Sweden where is placed in different cities as floating museum.
I cannot take any pictures because shipyard is on island and special permission is needed.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I'm back home and what I heard :

Former Soviet, Whiskey class submarine S-194, and former Swedish museum submarine U-194 passing Swinoujscie, outboud from Szczecin. She was sold to Thailand and will be exposed at Jesada Technik Museum. After repair in Szczecin (by Gryfia Shipyard) she was towed to Sweden, and next to Thailand, via Cape Good Hope.

Unfortunately, sank 5th February, about 50 kilometers west of Thyborøn, Denmark

Acc. to shipyard all repairs have been done according to quality standards.
Most probably submarine sunk due to wrong towing (she was towed behind the Thai old trawler http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/disagree.gif
- moreover Thailand shipowner just bought and repaired this very old trawler /1928/)
As submarine was a gift /for 80 born anniversary/ of Thai king and costs EUR 200.000,-
she will be raised soon http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

Hello!
I just saw yesterday on russian television a interesting broadcast, it handled WorldWar II.
There were said that German U-boats discovered in Antarctic region a places where the wather is 0..+3 warm. So the Germans made it TOP SECRET and made a Secret BASE there. You could go there only under water,so you needed u-boat.
Germans send there of their 1000 best scientist's and engineers.
All the thing was actually, tahat some dude made a engine, what did'nt make any nois,it doesen't wantet fule, gas or something like that and it could fly. In broadcast was saing that Germans made UFO. But some experts belived that they actually invented there time-machine. Some scientists belived that Hitler was searching for Holy Grail. Germans allready had the sword, now Hitler wanted to have a Grail to. Its sais in 'wise book' http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif that if man have sword and Holy Grail, then he become a world king/god or smth. And Hitler wanted to be like that..hea wanted to Win the war! But that poor basterd never make it http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

My feeling, that Nazis made ther UFO's. Because when the war was ended,US Marines..some Admiral was ordred to eliminate the Antarctic Base, but when they were allmost there,Thoes who survived sayd that they saw unknow objevt flying extra fast out of the wather in the sky, adove ship and started fire at admirals ship and then they dissapeard some in wather, some in sky.

Does someone knows something like that to!?
Have anyone heard something or etc.!?

Germany & UFO's? unhn. I know they were decades infront of anybody else but a UFO??? Seriously! Got any pics?????

lol They developed a sucessful Delta-Wing bomber in '44 but had to destroy it so the Russians would not get it in '45. Pity really. All it was missing was engines. They also built "Saucer UFO's". They worked out the controls and BUILT the things!!! Seriously they DID. I have pictures somewhere. They used a jet engine and rotating exhausts. Exhausts point down, you go up then change to horizontal and you are off. The outer body also spinned to generate lift like a helicoptor. I am still amazed that they lost the war......

No I don't have pictures, Isaw it on television.
The old men who constructed that engine, what could work on air and wother was Viktor or Victor.. lastname I forgat.
The Germans named the Base in Antarctic 'Base 211'. Under water ~100 meters the water tempetur was +18.
Thoes ufo's had a german logo on it.
When the war was allredy on Germans territory, they destroyed all of them, even the engines.
If I find out what was the broadcast Name, I'll give a sign! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
