Having a fixed eye position view on the gunstation revi and iron site.

Or have severe obscured vision but your able to pan around inside gunner station view.

Having a good view to the iron site is IMHO realy more needed than panning around.
Some bombers are realy harmed alot by this because you cant aim. Have a lock at the Bf110 for example and try to shot someone about 30? sidewards of your 6 o clock.

I can live without locking around.

But for the TB3 drivers i think its vital to have a good view with the front gunner to make their Bomb runs.

First: What time was it you asked this?
Congrats' Meet u in the bar mate!...

Second: Keep it in a position perspective.
Ask an AWACs guy what he thought of the last engagement...as he pulls the spoon out of his mouth. (Sorry, just had to deal with some AWACers lately.)
Ever wonder why the "Fighter Mafia" started... I don't.
