View Full Version : Carrier Landing Problem in MP coop??

Hi! So here´s the problem, or im just plain stupid. When you land in a multiplayer co-op in a carrier the plane just stays there and it will not count as landed unless you disconnect. Is there an exact place where the plane should be or what? Wolding wings or using flaps, chocks or arresting hook doesnt do no good.

If it is that way, its "real". Saw it on some photos were aircrafts were parked on front of deck, while the landing was still going on on the back .... weird .. if something happens then ....

A barrier net can go up IRL

You mean if you're the first to land after a coop mission, you can't taxi to the edge of the deck and watch your mates crash and burn... er, um, land successfully?

If so, that sucks.

How does it work in the other modes? Does the hook automatically unlatch after your plane comes to a stop? Do you have to use your keyboard command to raise the hook?

Oh but you can taxi around on the deck... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Once your plane stops, the hook is released from the wire, however you have to manually raise it up. As soon as you have the position on the deck that you want, it's also highly recommended to apply chocks.
