View Full Version : A twist on super pro

Last night the hello kitties had a series of epic, private superpro matches, and we played by some really cool rules.

1. Chase kills, gun kills, and escapes all score 1 point.
2. Chase poison kills are worth more (2 seemed to be too low to matter, 4 seemed to be game breaking so probably 3)
3. Chase and gun intercepts are worth chase poison plus 2.
4. Must be played in assassinate mode.

All other kills or bonuses do not affect score. To give you an idea, the winners of all our games had been 12 and 21 "points". (Again, it didn't really matter what game score is at all)

And there's always the bonus of getting to mock someone who killed you incognito or discreet or something, as that kill has no bearing on the game whatsoever.

So, to score a point, you'd have to initiate a chase. And to score multiple points, you'd have to either use poison to finish that chase, or intercept someone else's chase, by either killing the fleeing or hunting player?

Sounds like an interesting concept :P
But, how do you poison a fleeing target, you'd have to actually cut intercept him, right?

Poison comes into play in 2 primary circumstances, massacre piles, and when you stun someone.

Man is it fun to stun someone, run in a tight circle to get the chase, then slowly walk back up to them for the poison http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Also, another "feature" is when you get enough chase kills on people tithe radar really starts to go haywire. Me and eroticfishcakes actually had instances where we had no radars whatsoever! To which vox replied in game "its ok if you don't have a radar, we'll still be pretty easy to find. Hint: we're all running."

SuperPRO is AWESOME.

As in Captain AWESOME.

He invented SuperPRO (Even if the PROwler and the Nobleman advertised it first. Captain AWESOME was there in the beta. YES, even though he's on XBox 360, he was in the BETA. Because he's that AWESOME)

DISCLAIMER: Take SuperPRO seriously at your own risk. We, the SuperPRO community, take no responsibility for brain damage and/or insanity resulting from approaching our playstyle rationally. The same applies for this post.

Have to agree with oblivion on this... Super-PRO is super-FUN!

Had an epic MH game couple weeks back with Lyleator and 2 other friends where the other team had annoyed us enough to go super-Pro.
We trolled the Venice rooftops... Standing on chimneys and knifing them when they came a-hunting, then knifing and shooting when it was our turn to hunt.

Hadn't laughed that hard in ages... Think we won, as well. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

It's even more fun in Alliance.
