not once since I bought it has called me FAT or UNCORDINATED.

I bought my wife a "Wii Fit" as an early Mothers Day present today and it did.

I hate Wii's and hope it gets a power surge and dies!!!!!!!

Use one hour every day for running...
Actual run doesn't have to take longer than 30mins... so you have 30mins to get there http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif .
Also watch what you eat, there are tons of various content in this regard on the net... especially pay attention to the calories input... if the is less than you need (even in small amount) you cannot gain any weight at all and will lose some in the process... running will just help you lose more (not much mind you) but will enable your metabolism to "work faster" which is IMO best thing from that exercise.
Running itself (without diet) will produce mediocre results at best since you must run really hard (and probably way over one hour!!!) to burn just one table of chocolate (100gr).
And cut on sweet drinks http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif . All things you put in mouth have some calorie value... things like Red Bull light (10 calories) are not dangerous in this regard tho http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif .

Report back here in 3 months.
I bet you'll be feeling a lot better.
He he just as I'm writing this, I'm preparing for a gym http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif .

And sorry for being in a preachy mode.

Don't worry, fitness is important, Thanks for the good advice. It's just I didn't think I was THAT bad!

I'm actually starting to loose weight! I put together a new computer two weeks ago, and now I can't afford to buy beer!

Maybe for revenge I could do my running ON the Wii Fit console? That would FIX it!

(Hmmm Beer! I wonder if there's nearly empty bottles hidden in the cocktail cabinet?)

While still fairly fit, it has increased my beer consumption. I almost can't fly without something alcoholic to drink. Scotch whiskey ( and I only like the expensive stuff ) would get me too blasted within a few sorties, so I more or less chain-drink beer while flying, especially online where no pauses are allowed. ( must be the sense of "get it now while you can" )

I can fly better with a nice perpetual buzz of sorts than completely sober, so I try to pace myself when I can. Some of the longer missions can be brutal on the bladder though: Gotta land for kills credit, or safe fullfillment of my escort duties.

...it is always something new...never repetitive and fills a void that the military once did for me. There are other things, but they are just not coming to me right now.

I really liked the Wii, but my youngest must have stuck potato chips in the CD port, and since then hasn't work very well. Kind of funny but kind of sad.

Why I love IL2.
This reminds me of a flight instrucor I had once. We were in a Cessan 172, he said:
"So, why do want to be a pilot?"
I responded:
"If you have to ask that question, then there is no sense in trying to explain it."
I like it. It's fun, Flying is fun, and besides, the view is great.
But as for IL2 you can shoot and bomb things. So it's a good break from a sim like MS FS if you feel like shooting or bombing. Only thing is; with MS FS you can break out a real chart and navigate.
Can't do that here.

Navigate?.. Who does that? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

IL2 enables me to tailor a specific time/aircraft moment. that can satisfy my curiosity about the outcome.(With me flying). http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I have 14 different gaming platforms, from pong to the 360.None of these have ever called me fat or lazy.I do belive you need to be fit and healthy in order to play as many games as possible, for as long as possible. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif All kidding aside,Il2 is the best flight sim I have ever seen on the pc or anything else.BTW I am not fat or lazy, somtimes my pc is though http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/compsmash.gif
