By naturally, I mean with him just standing there without him being notorious. If I were one of the bystanders, I would have notice an old geezer wearing dark hooded clothing with swords and crossbows on his back when it is sunny outside.

im sure people notice dude.... But think how that would affect gameplay .. Besides he's a badass and i doubt anyone would question why he's armed..

It was probably common to see people carrying swords and stuff in that time period.

I think it's because they are used to the Borgia being around so why would they care about anyone else?

Seems like there would be more mercenary types, especially in Altair's time, who would openly carry at least a knife.

Kinda miss the thugs from the first game. People who aren't really on anybody's side and aren't afraid to fight back.
