A video of a spit suprising a reporter. I'm not sure if this is old but I found it rather funny. A warning, there is something foul language at the end. Just click the link for our webpage and it should be on the front.

Why is he saying "f*ck me"? Is it some sort of English lingo for something I should be aware of?

Cool Gallery Eagle, but....

In your pictures gallery, you need to change your "Sopwith Camel" on the bottom to read "S.E.5" -- that's not a Sopwith...

~S!~

p.s. Love that low Spit flyby!!

It's Alain DeCadnet (SP?). He is a former race car driver and very wealthy man to boot. He is also a fan of airplanes and did several shows for Speed Vision (now Speed Channel).

And yes "F*** Me" is a saying we have here in Canada too, meaning "Holy S***" or saomething to that effect.

It's actually my squadmates page. I just asked him to host it for me. Thanks for the heads up, I'll let him know.

Excellent clip!! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

In answer to your question:

"F--k me"!!! is an Old English term which in today's jargon means something like...

"You supid bl--ding camerman! You could have got us both killed"! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

Of course the latter must never be uttered. The intricacies of the English cultural and social systems dictate that such an explicit retort is inappropriate, and the orator is forced to resort to expressing himself with expletives.

I hope that this has helped. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

From: an Englishman (in case you're wondering).

He actually said 'Feck me' which as followers of angle saxon know means 'Golly, you jolly well suprised me there'
