Hi!

I wonder if there is any reference for the number of keyboard strokes which corresponds to maximum trim on each of the axes (where available) for various A/Cs. Any ideas?

I never even gave that any thought and have never seen such a reference.
Some planes have an actual trim indicator that shows if your trim is centered, or how much trim you have applied to the left or right/up or down.
If you know where to look you will see the indicator move while applying trim on certain planes.
You will even see the trim wheels/knobs moving while applying trim.

Hi!

In spit you have elevator trim indicator. I counted number of steps and it seams that have something like 160 steps (i counted 162 but not shore).
