Remember the box that Ezio gave Shao Jun that could aid her in the future?

Doesn't it look kind of similar to this box that was behind Altair's apple?

What could be in it? Assuming its the same one.

I believe Ezio gives her a wooden box but yeah, I had noticed as well they share some similarities.

I don't think so. He said "only if you lose your way", which seems like the very last time to use the apple. Not to mention that said apple was most likely the one in the Denver Accident. Rather, I'm quite convinced the box holds Alta´r's seals.

I agree. However, I assume that Ezio was able to "overwrite" Alta´r's memories and imprint the seals with some of his own.

That would be cool for a spin-off. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I doubt that. Ubisoft was pretty clear on the whole "we're done with Ezio and Alta´r after ACR" business.

I think he's just passing on the seals to serve as guidance for Jun in times of need.
