Hi there,

Will get my copy of PF today - took a day off in the office just to be able to play it the whole day http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

Since my PC is certainly not allowing to play the game the way I want, I want to check framerates and see how I can improve them by different settings. But for this, I need to know how to check them.

Can someone help please and also let me know which framrate number is good.

Thanks and enjoy flying PF.

WildeSau, I'm an Ami, and so won't have PF for a week or two yet. Assuming it has the same fps meter as Il-2/FB/AEP though, you can start it while in the sim by pushing Shift and Tab at the same time, then typing "fps START SHOW" (without the quotes), hitting Return, and then pressing Shift and Tab again.

As far as what frame rate is acceptable, that varies from person to person. I can tolerate anything over 20 fps, but a lot of forum members use 30 fps as their personal cutoff.

Enjoy the game, and know that I'm jealous for at least another few days.

Many thanks Blotto. It's just another two hours until I have it in my hands - cannot wait http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Hope you get yours soon.
